TRAINERS:
Magdalena Miziolek-Budrowska
Owner of Old Town Pilates Studio. I have been practicing pilates for 6 years. It helped me first regain my fitness after pregnancy, and then learn to love my body. Through this form of exercise, I learn to accept my limitations and expand when I am ready for it.
I love working with people and how much I learn from my students. In classes, I try to make everyone focus on the here and now, detach from problems, and leave feeling happy and motivated.
My passions are dance, the gym, good books, and healthy cooking.
Weronika Miazga
I am a trainer at Old Town Studio. My journey with pilates started when I was looking for a substitute after saying goodbye to dancing, which occupied more than half my life. I am a qualified physical education teacher and currently a student of physiotherapy and Balance Body Pilates School. For several years, I conducted fitness classes and dance. My health demanded a calmer form of training, so pilates fit perfectly here. I draw my knowledge from the fields of study I have chosen and many training sessions I have undergone. After this sporting experience, I decided that in the future I would deal with movement therapy mainly based on the pilates method. My mission is for everyone who participates in my classes to leave with a smile on their face and a sense that they have done something good for their body and spirit. I love to see my students' progress as they discover their possibilities and exceed their own limitations. It brings me great satisfaction and motivation to continue working.
Kaja Grzankowska
I am a woman with a passion for massage, who retrained in her thirties, and this allows me to do what I love while bringing others to a state of bliss. And thanks to my previous experiences, I can look more broadly at many topics and approach my work holistically. Privately, I am a happy wife to a wonderful husband and a mother of two little ones.
