She completed a 2-year classical Pilates teacher training course - Comprehensive Teaching Training Program led by Jacqueline Martin, a second-generation Pilates teacher and a follower of the prestigious program The Work by Jay Grimes (Studio Vintages Pilates Los Angeles). Her work has been an ongoing journey for over 20 years. As a trainer, she continues to evolve and with unwavering passion seeks new paths that lead to strengthening the body and spirit. As a person, she eagerly shares her passion and knowledge with her students, helping them discover new reserves of energy in the body through exercises and combat its limitations.
An academic teacher at the University of Warsaw and a Pilates instructor both on the mat and on large equipment. She completed comprehensive training in mat Pilates and the Reformer Extensive Course at Peak Pilates School under the guidance of master trainer Karolina Libert. Currently, she is training in the spirit of the classical Vintage Pilates school on the Comprehensive Teacher Course under the supervision of Mai Benhen. She works daily at prestigious studios in Warsaw.
She has been a Pilates instructor for 4 years, as well as a fitness instructor certified as a personal trainer. She conducts group classes (mat, chairs, spine correctors) as well as individual and duet sessions (+ reformer). She works with equipment from Innwell and Prefer Fitness.
She speaks English fluently (and also conducts individual training sessions in English).She loves movement, personal development, diversity, nature, and good food. Her passion is Pilates, which she has been practicing for 9 years. She has experienced its effects on herself and shares them with others. She is most interested in how movement affects the body and mind. She believes that the combination of movement and mind work brings wonderful results. She specializes in Pilates for various back pain conditions. Her journey with movement began with training at the London-based Body Control Pilates school. She also holds a diploma in Clinical Pilates from the Australian school Breathe Education. She is constantly inspired to learn from the best and gain holistic knowledge about the body from various sources.
She is a yoga teacher in the Hatha-Vinyasa style and has been passionate about movement, alternative medicine, and the harmony and balance of mind, body, and spirit for years. She is a young, passionate teacher who has discovered a path to health and harmony through this practice. With great joy, she shares her love for yoga with others, helping them discover the benefits of regular practice. Her classes are friendly to everyone, calm, and focused on building basic skills so that everyone can feel comfortable on the mat and begin their own journey with yoga. She completed her teacher training in the Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga style in Bali in 2023.
