boZEN provides guests with two 60-square-meter exercise rooms: a yoga room and a Pilates room. In our Pilates studio, you will find five top-of-the-line reformers with towers for classes in intimate groups, as well as a Trapez Table Cadillac, Combo Chair, Barrel, and small equipment for individual and duet lessons. The second of boZEN's rooms is a comfortable space for practicing yoga in various styles, loved by all aesthetes. The pleasant-to-the-eye, harmonious decor of our training rooms is designed to encourage movement and soothe the senses. We prioritize quality and work in small groups. Our professional staff will introduce you to the secrets of yoga and Pilates from scratch, and for advanced individuals, they will help refine technique and provide adequate challenges. Both disciplines complement each other perfectly, strengthening and flexibilizing the body, but in the slow movement trend - ideal for those seeking relaxation.
